WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT:

We will make sure to keep you posted about every step we take to complete your order and deliver it to you in timely manner.

The Order Status Change notification messages will be sent to your email address (provided at the check out) as follows:
- ORDER CONFIRMATION: Will be sent immediately after order is placed;
- IN PRODUCTION: Will be sent after your order is processed and scheduled for production. We will also provide the preliminary order completion date. No additional notification or written update on the Order status during Production timeline means "We're on schedule" and your order will be shipped on the declared date. We'd like to keep your mailbox a little cleaner and not flooded with unnecessary emails;
- BEING READIED FOR SHIPPING: Will be sent after your ordered items are produced and shipping preparation (packaging/labeling/etc.) has been started. This notification will be sent 2-3 days before declared Shipping date;
- SHIPPED: Will be sent after your order was Dropped off/Accepted by the Carrier. Tracking information will be provided with this notification and will be available on Order Status page as well;

LEAD TIME:

Due to the extreme demand and popularity of "Her Necklace" DRL/Grille lights, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be completed and readied for shipping.

Typically the production is a bit quicker, we're reserving some extra time if any issue in the process.

SHIPPING:

Once produced, your order will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, 2 Day service. The SHIPPING/HANDLING rate is flat anywhere in the continental USA and will be added at the checkout. The charge is USD25. The 2 day shipping service is applicable to the USPS delivery promise only. Sometimes it is 2 days, sometimes it is 3 days and depends on your shipping address;

We're requesting the delivery confirmation only, no signature required. In specific cases (i.e. International shipping), the Signature confirmation will be requested.

If you reside outside of the USPS continental USA service area, please note, the shipping rates are significantly different from the one listed above.

SALES, RETURNS/EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

- The orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placement;
- After 24 hours grace period, all sales considered final and no cancellations, refunds or returns are entertained;
- Certain parts of the order (i.e. outer brackets colors; color combinations; finish) can be changed while the order is in the Production queue. Send us a message with modification request;
- The exchange of the product after its delivery can be made in cases when incorrect version of the brackets is ordered (mistakes happen and we understand that). The Customer should ship the incorrect parts back to us and once received, the correct parts will be sent. Contact us in this case;
- We reserve the right to refuse sale/service to anyone for any reason unless stated otherwise under Federal, State, or local law;

WARRANTY:

- Product sold as is, no warranty is provided for any of its part or component: metal; plastic; electrical (LED / wiring / supplies) unless stated otherwise in the Product Specifications;

Nevertheless, we stand behind what we make and if failure happens within reasonable time from the order reception (up to 2 months), we will replace failed piece for free;
