WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT:

We will make sure to keep you posted about every step we take to complete your order and deliver it to you in timely manner.

The Order Status Change notification messages will be sent to your email address (provided at the check out) as follows:
- ORDER CONFIRMATION: Will be sent immediately after order is placed;
- IN PRODUCTION: Will be sent after your order is processed and scheduled for production. We will also provide the preliminary order completion date. No additional notification or written update on the Order status during Production timeline means "We're on schedule" and your order will be shipped on the declared date. We'd like to keep your mailbox a little cleaner and not flooded it with unnecessary emails;
- BEING READIED FOR SHIPPING: Will be sent after your ordered items are produced and shipping preparation (packaging/labeling/etc.) has been started. This notification will be sent 2-3 days before declared Shipping date;
- SHIPPED: Will be sent after your order was Dropped off/Accepted by the Carrier. Tracking information will be provided with this notification and will be available on Order Status page as well;

LEAD TIME:

Due to the extreme demand and popularity of "Her Necklace" DRL/Grille lights, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be completed and readied for shipping.

Typically the production is a bit quicker, we're reserving some extra time if any issue in the process.

SHIPPING:

Your order will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, 2 Day service. The SHIPPING/HANDLING rate is flat anywhere in the continental USA and will be added at the checkout. The charge is USD25. The 2 day shipping service is applicable to the USPS delivery promise only. Sometimes it is 2 days, sometimes it is 3 days and depends on your shipping address;

We're requesting the delivery confirmation only, no signature required. In specific cases (i.e. International shipping), the Signature confirmation will be requested.

SALES, RETURNS/EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

- Unauthorized or non-intended use, copy, and/or reproduction of any of the Her Necklace's components without Car Visage, LLC permission, is prohibited in accordance of the applicable law;

AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS AND YOUR VEHICLE:

- Please remember - installation of any aftermarket product, and/or modification of your vehicle, is your own risk and responsibility;
- Seek professional help if you feel you would not be able to install components of our Product by yourself;
- Car Visage, LLC is not, and cannot be held accountable for any damage of your vehicle that occurred during the Product installation and/or during the afterward use of the Product;
